It's been a while since I last updated so I'm going post photos from the last 6 weeks or so. First up are a few snaps from Southend-on-Sea, which is a seaside town in Essex. It is famous for having the longest pier in the world, at more than 2km. Unfortunately it was closed the day I was there so I couldn't walk out to the end of it, though it was probably for the best as it was probably the coldest place I've ever been. I didn't think it was possible for it to be so cold, any exposed skin started to hurt and turn blue very rapidly!
